Chief Golden Light Eagle is a member of the Ihunktowan Dakota Nation. His bloodline is Lakota, Dakota, Nakota and French. He is one of seven Sundance Chiefs for the Yankton Sioux Sungdeska Sapa Tiospaye. He co-authored four books including Maka Wicahpi Wicohan / The Way of the Earth Star, Anpao Wicahpi Wicohan / The Way of the Morning Star, Iktomi Wicahpi Wicohan / Universal & Spiritual Laws of Universal Mother, and Star Law Manual of the Galactic Federation which were inducted into the Smithsonian Institution, National Museum of the American Indian.  Chief Golden Light Eagle is also a co-founder of the Star Knowledge Conference series and Star Knowledge TV.
