DAN EWEN is a writer and functional improv-oholic hailing from Athens, Georgia. His body-switch comedy ‘Opposites Attract’ ‘is being produced by Bold Films, with Steve Carr (‘Paul Blart: Mall Cop’,) producing and Kyle Newman (‘Fanboys’) set to direct. Additionally, Todd Garner (‘Paul Blart: Mall Cop’, ’13 Going On 30′) is producing Ewen’s family comedy ‘Playing with Fire’, with Samuel L. Jackson (every movie ever made) attached to star. Several other Dan Ewen projects are kicking around town, and will most likely be produced many decades from now, long after his death. Ewen has also paid his bills as a television writer, joke writer, ghost writer and trailer script writer. He performs weekly at the MI Westside Comedy Theater (westsidecomedy.com) with his improv group, The Waterbrains. Ewen lives in Santa Monica with his Wifey V. Kim Blish, and their generally charming twins, Gardner and Moxie.
