Main Stage – Thursday, July 28th – Sunday, July 31st A transformed theater to fit 300 in one of Topanga Canyons least expected spots. We have committed to transforming this space into something magnificent, come and check out the new and improved auditorium.   

 

  CHURCH OF CINEMA

Church of Cinema  - Thursday, July 28th – Saturday, July 30th The home of our Salon Discussions that have been getting all the press and more. This is the location for Neurosientific exploration.

Ribbit Tree -  - Thursday, July 28th – Sunday, July 31st This beautiful nursery is the space we have settled on for our workshops as well as some of our Salon Discussions. We feel this open venue will breed creativity and display Topanga the way it should be displayed. 

 

RIBBIT TREE – AMPHITHEATER

The open air Salon Discussion will be held under the oaks in a space created for the needs of the festival. Our festival goers will be the first to experience this space in its new form.  
 

 

RIBBIT TREE – DOJO 

The Ribbit Tree Dojo has been used in the past to host workshops of dance to yoga. We will honor that tradition by placing our film workshops in the space.

Our Opening Night Party  - Thursday July 28th takes place against the backdrop of a stunning waterfall.
We fell in love with this local Jewel of the Nile – that our Short Film Competition on Saturday evening, July 30th 
will be held here – outdoor-open-screen under the twinkling mountain stars – and surrounded by exquisite works of art imported from Bali.

The El Coyote  - Friday, July 29th – Sunday, July 31st 

The El Coyote theater is in the center of town, across the street from Pine Tree Circle, where our tent was last year. We activated this space because we take pride in our submissions, and want as many as possible up on the screen.

The Topanga Canyon Gallery  - Thursday, July 28th – Sunday, July 31st 

We are gracious to our hosts at the Gallery for lending this beautiful space for us to create our ideas in. We plan on making great use of the space by installing our ingenious Böx, that you would have to simply come down to experience. 

   

REDHANDED

Redhanded -  Thursday, July 28th – Sunday, July 301st

 RedHanded will be projecting films ranging from ambient, artistic, avant-garde, and experimental, to music videos, narrative shorts, and feature films. The films will be projected onto sails billowing above and hung from the oak tree enclosing the backyard stage. The music will start at 6PM every day, and the films will go on as soon as it’s dark.
