Neuro-Cinema and Beyond

Topanga Film Institute has collaborated with
Saint John’s Health Center and the John Wayne Cancer Institute

to present:

Neuro-Cinema and Beyond Film Series

The Topanga Film Institute has collaborated with Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica for a three-part film series focused on the brain.  The series will include a screening of a documentary related to the brain followed by a Q&A with the filmmaker and Dr. Kelly; neurosurgeon and  Director of the Brain Tumor Center at the John Wayne Cancer Institute at Saint John’s Health Center. The series is open to the public with an RSVP and FREE as we want to bridge the art and science community and create public awareness of the brain through stories that make a difference via the medium of film. If we understand how our brain functions, we can use that knowledge to reach new frontiers not only with our creativity, but our humanity.
